Candidates must be admitted to the Michigan bar, hold a J.D., and demonstrate strong litigation, organization, and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Michigan bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience handling PIP plaintiff cases.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan PIP laws and procedures.
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in PIP-related litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Evaluate case value and develop tailored litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurers.
• Maintain accurate case files in compliance with firm standards.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case management.
