Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks an experienced IAM leader to own enterprise SSO, MFA, and directory services. You will lead complex integrations with Ping Federate, Ping ID MFA, and Ping Directory, ensuring secure access across core enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include operational stewardship, incident response, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Strong scripting, governance, and cloud IAM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IAM / Identity & Access Management.
• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with Ping Federate, Ping MFA, Ping Directory.
• Excellent technical thought leadership and hands-on implementation skills.
• Strong understanding of SSO concepts, MFA and Directory services.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming for automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for PingFederate, PingID MFA and Ping Directory; lead complex integrations.
• Day-to-day Ping Federate, PingID MFA and Ping Directory operations.
• Design and maintain SAML, OAuth, OIDC integrations for SSO across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot high-severity incidents impacting SSO and authentication.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and Directory service issues.
• Coordinate with Ping Identity for product defects or complex issues.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate SSO with core apps.
• Provide support for SSO-MFA services and resolving access issues.
• Drive continuous quality and automation of regular operations tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and present security concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain configurations per security standards and compliance.
