Job summary

A2G International LLC (A2G) in the United States seeks a Lead (LP) / Instructor Pilot (IP) to lead aircrew, standardize training, and oversee mission execution. The role ensures PICs are qualified and mission-ready to operate under FAA regs, DCMA 8210.D, and government directives.

The Lead Pilot maintains PIC qualifications for Cessna 337G/H Skymaster, mentors crews, conducts flight instruction, and coordinates with Flight Operations for CONUS/OCONUS deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience; additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Two or more years of experience supervising or leading teams and projects.
• 2,000 hours total flight time with 1,000 hours PIC and 300 PIC in Cessna 337 or similar.
• Current FAA Class II Medical; FAA Flight Instructor with CF I and CF II ratings; MEI preferred.
• Current FAA Commercial or ATP with multi-engine ratings appropriate to operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a qualified Pilot-in-Command and provide aircrew leadership.
• Develop, coordinate, and document training programs and standardization.
• Mentor pilots, conduct flight instruction, and evaluate proficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, training requirements, and operational coverage with Flight Operations leadership.
• Interface with Government representatives and support qualification/evaluation requirements.
• Participate in safety reviews, risk management, and lessons learned.
