Job summary

Corvia Consulting in Seattle seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to manage personal injury matters from filing through resolution, build strong client relationships, and develop case strategies alongside the Founding Attorney.

You will negotiate with insurers, argue motions in state and federal courts, and help shape a growing practice with autonomy within a collaborative team; this role requires in-person work in downtown Seattle and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington State Bar license or eligibility to waive into Washington.
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Arbitration experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in person in downtown Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Washington Superior and Federal Courts.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Prepare cases for trial when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to improve systems, processes, and client service.
• Use technology, including Clio and AI-supported tools, to improve efficiency.
