Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Current NY State physician license and DEA registration.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty.
• Current BLS and Infection Control certifications.
• Minimum five years of post-training clinical experience in outpatient primary care with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for same-day primary care visits in a high-volume setting.
• Lead and supervise clinical providers, conduct performance feedback and development.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, documentation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and care coordination.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff.
