Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers education programs for physicians on documentation and coding.
• Provides tailored training sessions.
• Collaborates with CDI teams to address gaps.
• Reviews records and audit findings to guide physicians.
• Ensures materials align with CMS, OIG, payer regulations.
• Analyses education outcomes and reports to leadership.
• Supports audits and quality reporting initiatives.
• Mentors junior staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
