Job summary

Intel's Design Technology Platform (DTP) seeks a senior PV specialist to support physical verification for leading-edge PDKs. You will run PV flows, identify violations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement preventive solutions.

As a DEAS member, you will maintain training docs, user guides, and assist customers directly, applying analytical problem-solving to ensure successful PV enablement.

Qualifications

• BS with 7+ years in Physical Verification, Design Enablement, or EDA applications engineering; or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 3+ years in PV for IP/SoC, PV tools/flows (ICV/Calibre/Pegasus), and PV issue resolution including root-cause analysis.
• Experience communicating with customers directly and knowledge of advanced node processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PV runs (DRC/LVS/ERI/Density) for Intel leading-edge PDKs and identify violations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to clarify root causes and implement solutions; maintain training materials and user guides.
• Provide customer issue support and ensure successful enablement of PV flows.
