What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-tier therapy to pediatric clients across clinic, school, hospital, and home environments
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to craft impactful care
• Serve as a clinical resource to junior team members — mentoring with intention, not just instruction
• Take the lead on complex cases and contribute to treatment innovation
• Document in real time, because you’ve got better things to do after 5:30 p.m.

• 5+ years of pediatric experience, preferably across multiple settings (EI, schools, outpatient, hospital)
