You will perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments. Daily responsibilities include meeting patient care productivity standards, collaborating with the care team and families, and promoting a positive customer service environment.

Formación

• Doctorate Of Science Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Oregon Physical Therapist.
• AHA Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide direct treatments.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Monitor patients and supervise staff, adjust plans of care, and report changes to physicians.
