Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in Monticello and Winamac ASC settings, evaluating patients and developing initial and ongoing treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.

You will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, contribute to case management, maintain positive interactions with patients and staff, and collaborate with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy to deliver high-quality care for senior residents.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).
• Contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to state regulations governing PT services.
