Job summary

• Provides physical therapy services for patients under supervision.
• Assumes responsibility as outlined in the PT job summary and responsibilities.
• Provides department in-service and clinical instruction as requested.
• Assists in orientation and training of employees.
• Provides consultation to staff and may mentor staff.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Participates in performance improvement projects or committees.
