Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation in Texas is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality evaluation and treatment in a clinic setting. You will lead a team of PTAs, technicians, students, and rehab staff, ensuring protocol-driven care and thorough documentation. Requirements include a B.S.

in Physical Therapy and a current Texas license. You will implement goal-directed programs, guide exercise and gait training, and prepare clients for discharge with home adaptations and caregiver

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapy license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or related field with PT certification.
• Ability to analyze therapy data to improve treatment efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goal-directed therapy programs for clients.
• Direct and assist clients in exercises, gait and functional training.
• Maintain timely, discipline-specific documentation of care provided.
• Prepare for discharge with home evaluations and caregiver education.
• Supervise Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants, PT Technicians, students, and rehab staff.
• Adhere to Physical Therapy Practice Act and Code of Ethics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
