Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Senior Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive PT services in our Los Angeles area clinics. The role involves clinical evaluation, developing care plans, and coordinating with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a California PT license, 4+ years of experience, and leadership abilities to mentor staff and support department operations. Involved in continuous quality improvement and patient education.

Qualificações

• Four years minimum Physical Therapist experience.
• Completion of an accredited PT training program (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) in Physical Therapy.
• California Physical Therapist License required at hire or at hire, license within 4 months.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and interprets examination findings to determine dysfunction and restore function.
• Establishes plan of care to achieve goals based on age and medical history.
• Administers modalities and prescribed exercises and programs.
• Coordinates treatment plan and participates in discharge planning with other healthcare personnel.
• Maintains accurate documentation of PT services per state/federal requirements.
