Job summary

The role collaborates with partners to identify security risks, mitigate losses, and safeguard employees and customers. The candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades, manage guard assignments, and serve as system administrator for security programs.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 5+ years of security experience.
• Knowledge of Bank Protection Act and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk by reviewing locations to ensure alarm, lighting and video surveillance are operational.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, upgrading, and inventory of alarms and related equipment.
• Coordinate security programs such as money transfers and robbery response.
• Provide security training for tellers, managers, officers and departments.
• Assign and manage security guards as needed.
• Serve as vendor relationship manager for security equipment/services.
• Provide incident statistics and reports to the Manager of Physical Security.
