Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• 4+ years in physical security, mission assurance, business continuity, or resilience programs.
• Experience with risk assessments, security technology, VMS/ACS, GSOC, or incident management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% for client work.
• Certifications such as PSP/CPP/CPTED/PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical security assessments, threat and risk analyses for facilities and critical operations.
• Support mission assurance and resilience initiatives addressing risks to continuity.
• Perform site visits, walkdowns, stakeholder interviews, and field assessments.
• Develop risk-informed recommendations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to design integrated security and resilience solutions.
