Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience team is seeking a Physical Security Senior Consultant to strengthen physical security, resilience, and mission assurance across facilities and operations. You will apply risk assessments and protection strategies to identify vulnerabilities and deliver practical solutions.

This role involves field assessments, stakeholder interviews, and delivering risk-informed recommendations, with travel up to 75% as needed and the chance to work on complex environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• 4+ years in physical security, mission assurance, or resilience programs.
• Experience with risk assessments, threat analyses, or GSOC activities.
• Experience conducting site assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical security assessments, threat analyses, and risk evaluations for facilities and operations.
• Support mission assurance and resilience initiatives by identifying risks.
• Perform site visits, walkdowns, interviews, and field assessments.
• Develop risk-informed recommendations to strengthen protection and continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement integrated security solutions.
