Job summary

Armada is hiring a senior Physical Security – Facilities Lead to own design, construction, and accreditation of Galleons for the U.S. Defense sector. You will establish repeatable security configurations and coordinate with accreditors, vendors, and security teams from concept through approval.

You will write standards, guide design reviews, and ensure all security controls meet ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, and NISPOM requirements while working remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in physical security with 5+ years in design, build, accreditation of SCIFs/SAPFs.

Responsibilities

• Own physical construction and accreditation requirements for defense Galleons, including SCIFs and SAPFs under ICD 705 and related standards.
• Translate standards into design criteria, notes, BOM constraints and factory work instructions.
• Lead security design reviews across the Galleon family and assess drawings against ICD 705, TEMPEST and NISPOM.
• Define perimeter, access-control, intrusion-detection, and video requirements for secure configurations.
• Own TEMPEST input, shielding, grounding, and coordinate countermeasure reviews with TEMPEST authorities.
• Specify Protected Distribution Systems where required and build repeatable secure-Galleon configurations.
• Serve as liaison to Accrediting Officials and security staff; maintain CSP and accreditation submittals.
