Job summary

Armada seeks a Senior Physical Security - Facilities Lead to own the design, construction, and accreditation of Galleons for U.S. defense programs.

You will convert ICD 705 and DoDM 5205.07 requirements into repeatable design rules, oversee factory and site practices, and prepare accreditation packages that scale with the product line. You will act as Armada's security authority for secure builds, coordinating with hardware, manufacturing, and government security partners from concept through

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in physical security, industrial security, or secure-facility construction; 5+ years in design, build, accreditation of SCIFs/SAPFs/open-storage areas.
• Ability to apply ICD 705 Technical Specifications to construction drawings and field conditions.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 physical safeguards and DoDM 5205.07 for SAPF construction and accreditation.
• Experience authoring Construction Security Plans and fixed-facility accreditation packages.

Responsibilities

• Own security design and accreditation requirements for defense Galleons, including SCIFs and SAPFs, under ICD 705 and DoDM 5205.07.
• Translate standards into design criteria, drawings, BOM constraints, and factory work instructions for hardware, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead security design reviews across the Galleon family; review drawings against ICD 705, TEMPEST, and NISPOM.
• Define perimeter, access-control, intrusion-detection, and video requirements for secure configurations.
• Coordinate TEMPEST input and red/black separation with customer TEMPEST authorities.
• Build a repeatable secure-Galleon configuration to productize accreditation.
