Job summary

All Native Group in Blackstone, VA, is seeking a full-time Physical Readiness Program Instructor to coordinate and deliver fitness instruction and related program activities at the FASTC facility. Qualifications

• At least five years of instructor experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant physical fitness training experience.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a fitness-related field; CPR and CPT certifications.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with law enforcement/military fitness training and testing methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver basic and advanced fitness instruction for DS programs.
• Maintain training records and test scores; schedule training and testing events.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with DS program managers and other training entities; provide budget estimates.
• Provide safety guidance and injury prevention information to trainees.
