Job summary

Zynga is seeking a Senior Server-Side Software Engineer to join the Austin or Chicago area team. You will develop PHP backend features, tackle core gameplay components, and work with both relational and non-relational storage while collaborating across disciplines.

Ideal candidates have at least four years of software development experience, a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field, and strong OO PHP knowledge with excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of industry experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong knowledge of an object-oriented backend language like PHP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
