Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong PHP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Laravel or similar MVC frameworks.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise web applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting production systems.
• Python automation for scripting/AI initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support PHP-based enterprise applications and web platforms.
• Design and build customer-facing and internal business applications across operations, sales, finance, accounting, and resident services.
• Support systems and integrations connected to RHP MOVE and related platforms.
• Upgrade PHP versions, implement security remediations, and improve stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across applications, integrations, and databases.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with internal systems and external vendors.
• Collaborate with the team using Jira and Agile workflows; translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities; communicate with stakeholders.
