Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm

We are seeking a Senior Photoshop Automation Programmer to join our creative production team and develop innovative technology that makes professional image production faster, smarter, and more scalable. This role combines software development, Photoshop expertise, and creative-production knowledge, with a focus on building and improving automation, scripts, tools, and workflows. Working closely with retouchers, Project Managers, and Studio leadership, you’ll identify production challenges and create practical solutions that reduce repetitive work, improve efficiency and consistency, and increase overall studio capacity. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced programmer who understands professional Photoshop workflows, enjoys solving complex production problems, and is excited to use technology to transform the way creative work gets done.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
This job operates in a professional, fast-paced creative production environment that requires sustained focus, attention to detail, collaboration, and extended periods of computer-based work. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
