Job description

Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer (Evergreen)

As a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer, you will focus on safety and quality by improving our manufacturing processes. You will install, maintain, optimize, and develop Photolithography equipment to support the production of high‑quality semiconductor components. Your role involves working closely with multi‑functional teams to resolve equipment issues, drive efficiency, and enhance yield.

Responsibilities
  • Install and qualify industry‑leading Photolithography equipment in new cleanrooms.
  • Maintain and support ongoing Photolithography equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues affecting production.
  • Use project management skills to complete milestones, closing hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
  • Establish productive vendor relations and maintain supplier engagement to achieve best‑in‑class equipment metrics.
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industry experience as Equipment Owner with Photolithography equipment.
  • BS or Master’s degree in Engineering, equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a meticulous approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in data science and programming skills.
