Qualifications

BS with 5 years' experience, or MS with 3 years' experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience supporting a 24x7 fab operations team.
Experience with semiconductor process development, sustaining, new process introduction, and ramp to volume.
Willing to write and train fab procedures and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead process qualification and implementation in a new fab focusing on larger wafer sizes.
Develop and deploy control plans to keep lithography processes operating within performance parameters.
Troubleshoot lithography problems and drive improvement projects to enable a smooth flow of production and development wafers.
Collaborate with equipment, process and integration teams to improve capability and wafer yields.
Adopt industry best practices for Fab2 including automation of wafer handling and releasing modern tools for PIC wafers.
