Job summary

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) is seeking a PSR III - Float who will draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing across multiple locations, including PSCs and doctor offices. You will ensure accuracy, patient comfort, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires five years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to travel to assigned sites. Team mentoring and on-site coaching are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and accurate data handling.
• Flexible hours, weekends and travel to multiple locations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screens.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Data entry of patient registrations and test orders with accuracy.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, temperature logs and related records.
• Provide onboarding support and mentor new staff as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple locations and teams to ensure timely testing.
