Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification is required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Preferred leadership experience as shift/site lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and confirm orders; data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients.
