Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Obtain patient identification and verify orders; prepare specimens for transport and testing.
• Provide professional, respectful patient service and accurate data entry.
• Maintain clean, welcoming collection environments and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Act as a mentor to on-site staff when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and departmental policies.
