Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and microcollection with precision and compassion.
• Ensure timely, high-quality specimen collection, processing, and distribution.
• Enter and maintain patient and specimen data in the LIS.
• Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing per guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed.
• Uphold universal precautions and patient safety standards.
