A leading nonprofit organization seeks a Senior Philanthropic Advisor to develop and implement donor-centric strategies aimed at increasing contributions and managing essential donor relationships. The role involves establishing revenue goals, designing engagement plans, and working with high-level donors to support the organization's mission. Ideal candidates will have a successful fundraising track record and a commitment to advocating for democratic values.
The Senior Philanthropic Advisor develops and implements donor-centric strategies to raise donor sights, articulate aspirational goals and ideas, present philanthropic opportunities and close transformational gifts. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors, family foundations and donor advised funds with the capacity to give major annual gifts; and solicit and steward individual prospects for legacy giving. The Senior Philanthropic Advisor monitors and reports on progress, ensuring that revenue and engagement goals are met.
