Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year experience.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the SC Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP), and national certification by the PTCB is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist a registered pharmacist with dispensing processes and support activities.
• Collect, input, and verify prescription, refill, and patient information.
• Receive and stock incoming supplies; prepare labels and routine prepacked orders.
• May perform some clerical duties relating to the department.
