Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required or preferred.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and enter patient information in pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medications; verify accuracy.
• Check for potential drug interactions and maintain safety standards.
• Help schedule workflow and support pharmacy manager and staff.
• Process manual and third-party claims efficiently; support clerical duties.
• Lead inventory management activities: ordering, receiving, storing pharmaceuticals.
• Analyze and help improve pharmacy financials, customer service and KPIs.
• Assist in clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Support pickup program and maintain clean, organized pharmacy area.
