Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions: counting, pouring, labeling, pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms when needed.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports.
