Job summary

You will work under pharmacist supervision, maintain inventory, process third-party claims, and participate in quality improvement efforts. PTCB/ExCPT certification and English fluency are required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist and maintain workflow.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, verify accuracy.
• Handle cash register and assist customers with OTC products.
• Assist with Pharmacy Department inventory management and third-party claims.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers.
