Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a strategic professional to drive Medical Drug strategy development, planning, and execution, delivering initiatives across the organization in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will analyze data, build business cases, coordinate with network and national account teams, and measure performance with KPIs to guide decision making and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/MBA with 5 years general industry experience or 2 years consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Knowledge of corporate strategy and transformation core skill sets.
• Experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize opportunities.
• Ability to manage complex projects with some oversight.

• Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets
• Experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight
• Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
• Ability to build strong connections with people and teams and drive results across a matrixed environment
• Ability to work directly with leadership with some oversight
• Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities
• Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain preferred
• Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, or business case development preferred
