Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior strategy professional to lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop compelling storylines, and drive growth initiatives across Pharmacy Services.

You will synthesize insights for executive decision-making, translate strategy into execution, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Strategy teams in a fast-paced, matrixed healthcare environment. MBA preferred and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession.
• Related experience in management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar roles.
• Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations.
• Ability to facilitate live discussions.
• Demonstrated executive presence, active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and concepts amid ambiguity.
• Comfort working in a matrixed environment and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners, including more senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of payor, provider, and product segments of the healthcare and pharmacy industry.
• Growth mindset and commitment to deepening healthcare industry expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to develop analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for strategy or change management initiatives.
• Experience building and evaluating financial models.
• BA/BS degree required
• MBA preferred
