Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and contracting opportunities.
• Develop network optimization strategies including design and pricing approaches.
• Support planning with financial and qualitative analysis and business case development.
• Translate market dynamics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Present network strategies and impact assessments to executive audiences.
• Collaborate with other departments as a subject matter expert in specialty pharmacy network strategy.
• Monitor industry and regulatory trends that influence network performance and cost management.
• Engage with specialty pharmacies, PBMs, vendors, and providers to evaluate opportunities.
• Communicate progress and outcomes across the portfolio.
