Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Board Certified by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties within two years.
• Experience leading regulated pharmacy operations and quality programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead sterile and non-sterile compounding operations with regulatory compliance.
• Oversee pharmacy programs and services for Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System sites.
• Provide leadership to the local pharmacy leadership team and support education and scholarly activity.
• Ensure quality, legal, regulatory and accreditation standards are met or exceeded.
