Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Practice to lead the clinical pharmacy programs across our Mayo Clinic Health System. This role requires visionary leadership, oversight of high-impact clinical services, and advocacy for patient-centered care within a quaternary medical center environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a PharmD.
• Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties in a clinical specialty within two years.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of location or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a comprehensive clinical pharmacy program aligned with the department program goals.
• Provide progressive clinical pharmacy services in the area of specialty.
• Ensure quality, legal, regulatory and accreditation standards are met or exceeded.
• Support pharmacy education programs and scholarly activity.
