Job summary
Soleo Health in Canton, MA is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to oversee our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, directing operations and staff to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services. The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, MA licensure, 7+ years of pharmacist experience, and familiarity with USP standards.

Qualifications
- PharmD or R.Ph with clinical experience.
- Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts.
- Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred.
- Post-graduate training may be required.
- CPR and Care Tend experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Oversees pharmacy operations and staff performance.
- Ensures compliance with USP 797/800 and state Board regulations.
- Oversees dispensing, compounding and clinical monitoring services.
- Maintains licensing and standards across local, state, and federal agencies.
- Prepares prescriptions accurately and promptly.
- Interacts with physicians and referral sources as needed.
- Manages hiring, training, reviews, and payroll for direct reports.
