Responsibilities

• Evaluates operations and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures safe delivery of pharmaceutical services for inpatients and outpatients.
• Manages staffing, training, and mentoring of staff.
• Develops annual service scope and implementation plans aligning with strategic goals.
• Maintains budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Engages physicians and staff for service excellence and policy updates.
• Supports quality improvement and hospital marketing initiatives.
