Job summary

Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a Sr. Billing Specialist on-site in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports processing customer bills and insurance claims with accuracy and timely reporting.

You will handle daily/month-end billing tasks, respond to payer inquiries, and ensure HIPAA-compliant practices while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in billing, including LTC or retail.
• Pharmacy information system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process patient bills and insurance claims accurately and timely.
• Assist with daily and month-end billing procedures and reporting.
• Provide timely responses to billing inquiries from patients and providers.
• Verify eligibility and update patient information in the billing system.
• Research and resolve insurance eligibility, coverage, and related benefits.
