NFP Rx Solutions, the pharmacy benefit consulting arm of NFP, seeks a Strategic Pharmacy Consultant to manage VPS accounts in the US. You will coordinate services, advise on PBM strategy, and represent the client’s interests with providers and partners.

Responsibilities include contract review, data analysis, and delivering strategic recommendations. Travel 10–20% may be required as part of client engagements.

• Deep expertise in PBM and pharmacy benefits management.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead pharmacy consultant for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
• Advise clients on PBM strategy including plan design and formulary management.
• Review PBM contracts, financial reports, and claims data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead account management, address client concerns, and resolve complex issues.
• Direct PBM implementations, renewals, and plan changes with internal teams and clients.
• Develop client reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Represent VPS as SME in meetings and industry events.
