Job summary

Oracle is seeking a subject-matter expert in drug safety and pharmacovigilance to focus on Oracle Life Sciences Safety products. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate safety challenges into compelling solution strategies and demonstrations.

This consultative, customer-facing role combines domain expertise with technology and presentation skills. Travel about 25% within EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience in pharma, CROs or safety tech.
• Strong knowledge of PV safety databases like Oracle Argus Safety.
• Deep understanding of global PV processes and regulations (ICH, GVP).
• Customer-facing consulting or pre-sales experience.
• Fluent English; additional European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with pharmacovigilance, safety operations and IT stakeholders to understand processes and needs.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Oracle Safety solution approaches and articulate value.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations with up-to-date demos.
• Advise customers on pharmacovigilance processes including case processing and regulatory readiness.
• Partner with account teams on strategy, RFP/RFI responses and technical win themes.
• Explain integration, security, data migration and deployment considerations with tech specialists.
• Support commercial discussions on scope, risks and opportunities to expand relationships.
• Represent Oracle in customer meetings and industry events; relay market insights to Product teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% within EMEA for customer engagements.
