Job summary

Management Recruiters of Edison is seeking a Pharmaceutical Plant Project Engineer - III for a Spokane, WA plant. You will lead facility projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure cGMP compliance in a dynamic BioPharma CDMO setting.

Role offers relocation assistance, day-one benefits, and a compensation package up to $130K plus a 10% bonus; H1B visa transfer support is available if needed, with 10% travel for overnight assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science in Engineering or related technical degree.
7+ years of Engineering Project Management / Project Engineering experience.
3+ years of BioPharma industry engineering experience.
Facility or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency.
Ability to influence outcomes in ambiguous, multi-disciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for facility projects: expansion, upgrades, and compliance.
Lead design, modification and troubleshooting of HVAC, WFI, electrical systems.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, federal and international agencies.
Autonomously manage major capital and expense facility projects per PM guidelines.
Support alignment with short- and long-term company objectives.
Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for A&E firms and vendors.
Maintain engineering documentation per SOPs and quality standards.
