• Extensive knowledge of drug delivery technologies, polymer science, and material characterization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with formulation equipment (e.g., mixers, granulators, tablet presses, encapsulators).
• Proficiency in analytical methods for characterizing pharmaceutical products.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for drug development and submission in major markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of formulation development studies for various dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, injectables, topical).
• Investigate and resolve formulation challenges, including poor drug solubility, stability issues, and bioavailability enhancement.
