The role involves evaluating current data architecture and providing a roadmap for evolving the Knowledge Graph to enhance areas such as drug discovery and clinical insights. Candidates should possess 10+ years of Graph DB expertise, coupled with deep knowledge in the Pharma domain, including experience with data engineering and advanced analytics. This position can be onsite or remote.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Graph Databases and proficiency in LPG or RDF/Triple Stores.
• Proven experience handling biomedical data types such as Gene-Disease associations.
• Strong understanding of Linked Data principles and ontology modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines feeding from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current architecture, data ontology, and query performance.
• Provide a strategic roadmap for the Knowledge Graph enhancement.
• Accelerate Pharma areas including drug discovery and clinical insights.
