Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Graph Engineer for a 6+ month contract located in the US (Remote). The role focuses on designing graph data models, building ETL pipelines in Python, and optimizing Cypher queries to power search and discovery across pharma data.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, deploy graph infrastructure on cloud platforms, and ensure data governance and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years hands-on experience with graph databases and graph modeling.
• Experience with Neo4j and Cypher query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL, data pipelines, and API development.
• Familiarity with life sciences data standards and NLP for unstructured documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement graph data models for entities across pipelines and documentation.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Python to ingest data into Neo4j.
• Develop Cypher queries and APIs powering search and knowledge discovery.
• Support entity resolution and linkage across diverse data sources into a unified knowledge graph.
• Deploy and manage graph infrastructure on cloud platforms with data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate domain needs into scalable graph schemas.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance with pharma standards.
