Job summary

Pace® Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex analytical outsourcing projects in Morrisville, NC. You will act as the main client liaison, manage schedules, budgets, and scopes, and ensure work complies with industry standards across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with lab teams, QA, sales, and operations while maintaining clear communication and delivering high-quality results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus and may be considered.
• Minimum 4 years of project management or technical operations experience in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for analytical testing projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact for updates, deliverables, issues, and scope changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure on-time, compliant execution.
