Job summary

Pace Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager II for analytical outsourcing in Morrisville, NC. You will lead complex testing projects, serve as the primary liaison among clients, lab teams, and sales, and ensure milestones are met within scope and regulatory standards.

You will manage cross-functional resources, support audits, and drive process improvements while working in a hybrid, full-time role across multiple sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology/biochemistry or related field.
4+ years of project management or technical operations experience, preferably in analytical testing.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead project plans, timelines, and budgets; primary client contact for updates and scope changes.
Coordinate with lab, QA, sales, and operations to allocate resources and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with ISO/GLP and internal quality standards.
Support site forecasting with financial updates and projections for ongoing work.
