Pace Labs is seeking an Experienced PFAS Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in West Columbia, SC. You will conduct hands-on analysis using GC, HPLC, ICP and other instruments to identify environmental contaminants in air, water and soil samples.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 and is Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Pace provides comprehensive benefits and training to help you build a long-term career in environmental science.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or STEM field. Training provided.

Mansioni

• Work with instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods looking for environmental contaminants.
• Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
